You may cancel your course enrollment within 24 hours of purchase only if the course access has not been activated.

- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical issues preventing course access
- Course not delivered as promised
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed
Refunds are not applicable when:
- Course content has already been accessed
- User fails to meet course requirements
- Course has been partially or fully consumed
- Paid test series, downloadable content, or live session access has been used
- Refund Timeline
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (PhonePe/UPI/Bank Transfer)
